Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, ECE, CSE, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Electromedical
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to customers for the installation, operation, and maintenance of lab instruments.
∎ Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
∎ Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of machines.
∎ Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of machines.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.
∎ Perform installation/calibration jobs independently with the help of online support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Should have to Willingness to travel frequently (24/7) all over Bangladesh for customer's emergency
Salary: Negotiable
