Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (Bsc. Engg) in Mechanical Engineering,
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
∎ Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
∎ Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
∎ Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
∎ Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
∎ Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
∎ Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
∎ Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
∎ Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
∎ Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Agro Machineries Maintenance, Understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs, Team working
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ All kind of Agro Machinery specially Tractor, Power Tiller, Rotary Tiller, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter etc repairing and maintenance.
∎ At least 2-3 Years practical work experience in related field will be preferred.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to travel frequently all over Country.
