Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the proper solution of Customer services.
∎ Daily Work Report submission to the department in prescribed format.
∎ To perform direct work in Service place.
∎ To ensure proper service as per direction any where.
∎ To maintain good relationship with customers.
∎ To ensure timely completion of service works as per planned schedule.
∎ To identify problem areas and provide with appropriate solution for all service related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Background CSE/EEE/IT/Diploma
∎ Experience working with IT /IoT products
∎ Good working experience with Excel
∎ Experience in customer handling .
∎ Can do attitude
