∎ - Must have basic computer skill. Specifically in MS Word.
∎ - Must have good communication skill.
∎ - Must have good Spoken English skill.
∎ - Must have documentation skill.
∎ - Must have formal Email writing skill.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Schedule and coordinate home care services for clients and caregivers.
∎ • Visit potential and existing client's place.
∎ • Recruit caregivers to ensure proper staffing and coverage.
∎ • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and caregivers to assess satisfaction and address any issues.
∎ • Create and manage social media content to promote.
∎ • Response to social media queries.
∎ • Roaster management of caregivers.
∎ • Prepare and manage all the documentation of projects for our training center.
∎ • Arrange & attend seminars with industry partner.
∎ • Communicate and deals with clients & students that came to office.
∎
∎ Compensation and other benefits:
∎ - Salary: Negotiable.
∎ - Festival Bonus- 01.
∎ - Salary Review- Yearly.
∎ But first increment after 6 months of completing probationary period.
∎ - Mobile Bill.
∎ - Travel Allowance- For client visits.
∎ - 2 times snacks.
