Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
∎ Any reputed universities, IEB membership holders preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Strong communication skills , Time Team Management Skills, Travel Flexibility
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing Instrument Calibration and Inspection: After getting proper training from the company, he/she are expected to perform precise calibration and inspection of a wide range of measuring and testing instruments, adhering to established standards and procedures.
∎ Lab and On-Site Work: Conduct calibration and inspection services in both laboratory settings and at customer premises, which may include inside and outside of Dhaka.
∎ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of calibration and inspection activities, including calibration certificates, reports, and related documentation.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on calibration equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy.
∎ Travel: Travel to customer sites, which may include overnight stays, to perform on-site calibration and inspection services.
∎ Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and ensure that all calibration and inspection activities comply with relevant requirements.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of calibration and inspection methods and practices.
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, providing technical guidance, and assisting in complex calibration and inspection tasks when necessary.
∎ Training and Development: Stay current with advancements in calibration technology through training and self-education, and share knowledge with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers, providing technical support, answering queries, and offering calibration and inspection solutions.
∎ Behavior: Employees are expected to exhibit professional behavior at all times, adhering to company policies, codes of conduct, and ethical guidelines. This includes treating colleagues, customers, and partners with respect and courtesy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ After a successful 3-month probation period, candidates will become Service and Calibration Engineers. Salary increments will be based on performance in accordance with company policies. During the probation period, either the candidate or the company can terminate the employment without notice. Exceptional performance may lead to an extension of the probation period for further evaluation.

∎ Salary reviews may be conducted annually, semi-annually, or quarterly, depending on company policy and performance assessment criteria.
