∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customers' phone calls as well as inter department.
∎ Maintaining MIS for Trouble Tickets.
∎ Provide required Level-2 and Level-3 support over the phone and onsite
∎ Provide technical support at the user end as per requirement.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction regarding support & service.
∎ Design and troubleshoot networking technologies including MPLS, EGP, IGP for customers
∎ Implementation of IP networks using OSPF, cBGP and MPLS.
∎ Configuring and deployment Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper Routers, Switches and firewalls in network.
∎ Manage Customer Routers, as well as inside business point routers.
∎ On site and remote installation, configuration and troubleshoot of Non MPLS, MPLS VPN (L2 and L3), GRE, IPsec, L2TP VPN tunneling protocol.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Coordinate with other departments when necessary
∎ Time flexibility towards shifts and roster duty as per floor requirements.
∎ Have to have good communication skills.
∎ Have to have good command in English.
∎ A pleasant and friendly attitude is a must.
∎ Strong computer network infrastructure knowledge and application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
∎ Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
∎ Preferred to have professional certification: MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA
