Job Responsibilities:
∎ Nurses should be expert on doing cannula of neonates.
∎ Monitor and assess the condition of pediatric patients in the PICU.
∎ Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
∎ Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
∎ Operate and maintain specialized medical equipment.
∎ Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
∎ Conduct patient counseling.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
∎ Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
∎ Participate in training and professional development activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
∎ Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Bangladesh Nursing Council.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse, with PICU experience preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of pediatric critical care nursing practices and procedures.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
∎ Empathy and sensitivity towards pediatric patients and their families.
∎ Basic computer skills for medical documentation.
