Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
∎ Training/Trade Course: Emergency Patient Management,Basic CPR
∎ Skills Required: CPR, Emergency patient management, Emergency response, Infection Control Nursing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Emergency patient management, ICU/ NICU Nurse, Kidney Dialysis, Nursing Supervisor, OT/ Scrub Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse, Ward Nursing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with patients properly.
∎ Assist patients thoroughly.
∎ Following nursing assessment, plan patient's care with the patient.
∎ Assist the doctors as necessary with clinical procedures
∎ Administer medication to patients safely as per hospital protocol and nursing council regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate and thorough records
∎ Act appropriately in an emergency situations, summoning help and assisting colleagues as necessary.
∎ Participate in and contribute to staff meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ For NICU and ICU, atleast 2 Year work experience in NICU and/or ICU department of any reputed hospital.
∎ For OT, at least 2 year work experience in OT or emergency department of any reputed hospital.
∎ For Dialysis, at least 2 year work experience in any dialysis unit.
∎ For General, at least 2 year work experience in any reputed hospital
∎ For Emergency, at least 2 year work experience in Emergency Unit of any reputed hospital.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will depend on passing batch and experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As Per Hospital Policy
