Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum three years diploma in Nursing/midwifery.
∎ Additional training /degree/qualification will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Render patient care as assigned and required by supervisor,
∎ Supervise junior nurses and other support staff members,
∎ Assist in keeping service area clean and hygienic,
∎ Assist physicians in medical procedures as required and asked,
∎ Direct patient care, ensure patients privacy and comfort,
∎ Maintain and update chart/relevant reports covering patients progress and other relevant information,
∎ Act as liaison between doctors and patients and their family members,
∎ Supervise the discharge of patients,
∎ Respond to any emergency at any time and maintain close coordination with all responsible persons at the Medical Services Wing,
∎ If needed, conduct training for junior members and assist in performance evaluations as required and asked by supervisor,
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor,

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills to carry out basic nursing activities;
∎ Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Valid registration from the Bangladesh Nursing Council (BNC);
∎

Salary:
∎ BDT 18,100 (Monthly)
