Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing aesthetic treatments
∎ - Assist doctors during procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety
∎ - Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
∎ - Educate patients on post-treatment care and answer their questions
∎ - Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff
∎ - Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
∎ - Maintain a clean and sterile environment in treatment areas
∎ - Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
∎

∎ Qualifications:
∎ - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
∎ - Valid nursing license in Bangladesh
∎ - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology
∎ - Familiarity with non-surgical aesthetic treatments
∎
∎
∎ Skills:
∎ - Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
∎ - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
∎ - Leadership and team management skills
∎ - Proficiency in medical record-keeping and documentation
