Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Aware of and understand the nursing policies and procedures of the hospital and ensure that they are adhered to.
∎ Ensure that nursing care plans are written and up to date. Always taking the patient’s individual needs into account.
∎ Ensure that the nursing section of the patient's progress notes is maintained and that each entry accurately reflects the patient’s physical/mental state and treatment response.
∎ Neonatal and Paediatric Patient Monitoring and Follow-Up.
∎ Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
∎ Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices.
∎ Opportunity to work with one of the most experienced neonatalogists in Bangladesh - Dr. Md. Mozibur Rahman (Muzib), FCPS (Neonatology).
