Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Implement business software applications according to best practices and standards using the MS Power Platforms;
∎ Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide them technical designs specifications;
∎ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment;
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth application performance;
∎ Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing efficient coding practices;
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate other internal & external systems and services through Connectors, REST API, Web Services, and Webhooks;
∎ Develop software specifications and technical designs and their change management to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance;
∎ Focused on recent trends with the latest Power Platform developments, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the development process;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Eger to learn and design / develop Microsoft Power Platform based business application development;
∎ Experience on root cause analysis of internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement;
∎ Proper knowledge on event based or object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns;
∎ Proper knowledge of working with relational databases, such as MS Data verse or SQL Server, PGSQL, or MySQL, and writing SQL queries;
∎ Acquainted with front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js);
∎ Develop innovation and collaboration with the newest advancements and features within the Power Platform;
∎ Provide post-production support including the implementation of fixes and enhancements;
∎ Have clear vision, easy to use, UI/UX implementations;
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and troubleshoot issues;
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements;
∎ Good project management and organizational skills;
∎ Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
∎ Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure will be a big plus;
∎ Experience in MS Share point design / development, MS Power Platform or any other Low or No-Code platforms or in MS Power BI will be a strong plus;
∎ Must be willing to get certified as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert within 1 year of job confirmation.
