Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should be capable to confidently lead a team of engineers and fairly large number of contractor's people, give them day to day direction, control and monitor their activities.
∎ He must coordinate different works, set targets for every work with a timeline, monitor and control progress achieved and finally successfully complete the projects as per master project schedule
∎ He must be proficient in both English & Bengali with very good communication skills. Communication regularly with higher authority. Any other engineering task assigned by the top management.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality. Ensure project completion as per schedule.
∎ Develop work process that lead company to cost minimization
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Ensuring quality by maintaining accuracy in drawing-design. Finding problem among project and site engineer and take necessary step to solve the problem
∎ Making proper documentation
∎ Should be able to work hard under severe work loads
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
∎ Refer all requests for design changes and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
∎ Giving engineering support and decisions or arrange so from consultant and superior.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ Prepare budget and identify the Working Capital requirement for a new project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having sound knowledge on finishing and interior work.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
∎ Strong Excel and database skills.

Salary: Negotiable
