Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Civil Engineering, Construction supervision of bridge, Roads and Highways

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as the construction management for Concessionaire.
∎ Responsible for implementing project as per design and variation, if any
∎ Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget
∎ Strong follow up and persuasive skills.
∎ Responsible for supervising and leading the construction of the project as well as monitoring
∎ Provide timely feedback and report to the management on project related performance.
∎ Able to prepare work and project completion schedule.
∎ Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing.
∎ Project store and stock maintenance.
∎ Directly supervise the team & provide timely feedback to Management on project related performance.
∎ Capable to run the whole construction team to get the job done out of them.
∎ Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
∎ Participate in Quality Control of the project.
∎ To give much more emphasize to complete the project in time.
∎ Ensure work done at Site as per design & drawing.
∎ Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost analysis and estimation.
∎ Build relationships with engineers / officers of various government departments and business counterparts.
∎ Reports to Construction Manager
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Can operate CAD, MS office, Primavira.
∎ Be able to work on site and office.
∎ Understanding in documentation system.
∎ Capable to run the complete construction management independently
∎ Good command of written & spoken in English
∎ Good command of spoken in Chinese and Thai (optional)

Salary: Negotiable
