Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute, monitor and implementation of project works according to work schedule.
∎ Perfect knowledge in Structural & finishing works.
∎ Day to day reporting to Manager construction.
∎ Manage materials, equipment and supporting materials of the project.
∎ Ensure quality of civil works, construction materials and finishing items.
∎ Monitoring of all works like Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Sanitary & plumbing.
∎ Making report formats of engineering, store & Safety.
∎ Control material wastage.
∎ Solve project relates any kind of problem.
∎ Manage Contractor, Security guard and workers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
