Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Honest, Dedicated, Dynamic & Experienced Project Senior Officer & Unloading Specialist who will plan strategically for unloading and implement the plan effectively. He should have technical knowledge about crane, forklift and other unloading equipment.
∎ Job Location: Rooppur, Ishwardi, Pabna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate & coordinate with Operation Team for shipment incoming status and planning for unloading strategically according to the packing list.
∎ Arrange workers and equipment for unloading in accordance with prior planning.
∎ Ensure workforce management
∎ Arrange additional workers and equipment (if necessary, as per situation)
∎ Ensure on-time gate pass before vehicles arrival at project site.
∎ Coordinate with local Transport Company to ensure timely vehicle arrival at project site
∎ Ensure unloading with maximum capability by speed and time optimization to avoid any kind of transport detention.
∎ Make sure the collection of signed challan (Proof of cargo receipt) from customers after completion of unloading without making delay.
∎ Communicate with customers to understand their issues and take proper action for problem resolution
∎ Represent company to the customers as company's spokesperson
∎ Coordinate with other team member for monitoring the day-to-day operations in the project and for driving Team Performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 2 years proven working experience in similar field.
∎ Having experience in heavy cargo unloading from Berge will be highly preferable.
∎ Having technical knowledge about crane, forklift and other unloading equipment will get priority.
∎ Rigger training holder and experienced in rigger operation will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Troubleshooting, Good communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, and Accountability.
∎ Punctuality, honesty and high level of integrity.
