Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years of experience in MEP project management, particularly in EPC projects.
∎ Strong expertise in BMS, HVAC, Electrical & Fire Protection Systems.
∎ Proven leadership in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams.
∎ Excellent knowledge of contract management, cost control, and risk assessment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools.
∎ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the full lifecycle of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems for large-scale EPC projects.
∎ Manage and coordinate the projects of Building Management Systems (BMS), Home & Office Automations, Security Surveillance, Data Infrastructure, Fire Detection & Protection, High & Low Voltage Systems, and HVAC.
∎ Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality control throughout the project.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to address project challenges proactively.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to drive operational efficiency.
∎ Report on progress, financials, and critical updates to senior management.

∎ JOB CONTEXT
∎ We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled "Senior Project Manager" with in-depth project management expertise in MEP projects, particularly in EPC projects.
∎ JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
