Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination of construction works.
∎ Ensure smooth work progress as per work schedule of the project.
∎ Ensure materials quality, construction quality and safety by top supervision.
∎ Ensuring the work of different projects according to the approved design.
∎ Ensuring frequent site visit as per sites’ need and submit the site visit report (SVR) to Head of Department (HOD) and having effective discussion to take all relevant measures against problem at the sites.
∎ Checking the contractor’s bill.
∎ Coordinating with concerned consultants, different vendors and personnel of different sites, projects and Head Office.
∎ Attend important meetings and preparing meeting minutes accordingly.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by HOD & Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A member of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) will be given Preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
