Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare strategic plans, promotional materials, engage KOL for the assigned products to achieve target.
∎ Analyze, identify, & understand the needs of competitive marketing environment and take necessary actions to improve company's brand image.
∎ Perform new product launching using market analysis to increase sales revenue & market share.
∎ Conduct clinical meetings, round table meetings, scientific seminars and pre-cycle strategic conferences in compliance with the marketing plan.
∎ Train & develop the field forces to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
