Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design process from concept to final product, creating user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
∎ Conduct user research,usability testing,and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
∎ Create wireframes,prototypes,and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
∎ Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers,fotering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design,Human-Computer Interaction,or a related field
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in product design,with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
∎ Proven experience in designing Saas products,specifically ERP,CRM,HRM,Ecommerce solutions, and other similar projects.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch,Figma,Adobe Creative Suite,and prototyping tools
∎ Solid understanding of user-centered design principle,interaction design,and visual design
∎ Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and visual design of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand vision.
