Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Total Professional Experience of minimum 18 years in handling Highway Projects/ Bridges/Box Culvert/ Under Pass.
∎ At least 10 years' experience as Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader/ Pavement Engineer or similar capacity in Highway Development Project
∎ At least 5 years' experience in Highway Development Project using Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) will be preferable
∎ To ensure the operation service level of the National Highway
∎ To supervise the construction works as per design and specification
∎ To ensure both quality and quantity of the construction works
∎ To ensure proper testing of the materials and construction method
∎ To seek suggestions/ inspections from panel of experts and implement accordingly.
∎ Monitoring of activities of project personnel and conduct daily & weekly meeting.
∎ Attaining Meeting with the Client and exchange views regarding alignment necessary data and progress of the work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 18 years of Overall Experience.
∎ Minimum 05 years in Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB).
∎ Working experience with international organization or, in international projects will be preferred.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project)
∎ Must have background knowledge and experience in the pavement work in highway construction projects.
∎ Good command in English & able to work foreign experts
