∎ MBA/Masters in Business Administration from any reputed university

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Distribution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive daily schedule from direct supervisor and communicate with logistic dept. for smooth casting.
∎ Communicate with Sales and Marketing team about Delivery Order (DO) and other facilities for smooth casting.
∎ Communicate with Honorable Client and Site Engineers for Confirmation of "Casting PSI, Quantity, Slamp and Pipeline for smooth delivery works.
∎ Issue loading slips to production dept. for start loading Mixture Truck with finished good for smooth delivery works.
∎ Assure vehicles are loaded correctly and in time, in accordance with allotment approved delivery invoice for smooth operations.
∎ Issue Delivery Costs (fuel cost, driver's TA/DA cost, helper's TA/DA, Bridge Toll costs, Maintenance costs etc.) in iBos application for process optimizations.
∎ Forecast Delivery report to higher authority for smooth operations.
∎ Inform higher authorities about any kind of delivery-related problem ASAP and try to solve it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing-Cement, Ready mix Industry
∎ Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles.
∎ Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, solve problems and prioritize.
∎ Experience in project management, lean, and continuous improvement environments strongly preferred.
∎ Strong history of driving culture and employee engagement.
∎ Strong ERP/WM/Master Data abilities strongly preferred.
