Educational Requirements
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Bio Chemistry from any recognized University with excellent academic record

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all protocols before starting analytical method validation and verification.
- Raise requisition for required reagents, glassware, machineries for performing method development, method validation and method verification.
- Perform analytical method development, method validation & method verification of all dosage form (Oral Solid Dosage, Liquid, Semisolid, Sterile and Oncology products.)
- Submit samples to Drug Testing Laboratory (DTL) in case of INN products for testing and approval purposes.
- Analyze of stability study samples & preparation of reports.
- Develop new sources of raw materials by analyzing samples and scrutiny of technical documents.
- Develop raw materials specifications and analytical report sheet.
- Update of stock status of reagents, CRS, glass apparatus, stationary & HPLC columns for smooth running of analytical activities.
- Prepare the SOP for related activities of product development.
- Perform calibration of analytical lab instruments.
- Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- Experience in product development activity (Especially in analytical development of Oral Solid Dosage, Sterile Products & Oncology products in any reputed pharmaceutical company).
- Should have very good communication skill both in Bangla and English.
- Should have sufficient knowledge on cGMP and GLP rules and regulation.
- Should have good documentation practice.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
