∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Coordinator, Factory Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
∎ Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
∎ Personnel file management with regular updates.
∎ Maintain records of important company documents.
∎ Carryout all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
∎ Arrange weekly/monthly meetings conferences.
∎ Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
∎ Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and arrange requisitions for new equipment and supplies as needed.
∎ Monitor Canteen, Security, Housekeeping and accommodation facilities and health & safety.
∎ Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.
∎ Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.
∎ Conferring with accounting department for making payments, process invoices, and receipts etc.
