∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Business Studies or relevant discipline

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in Fleet operations, preferably in the development organization
∎ Experience in fleet operations in emergency response highly desirable
∎ Experience working with vehicle repair & maintenance will be an advantage
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Road Transport Association laws, rules and regulations
∎ Familiar with Cox Bazar Road routes will be an advantage
∎ Strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
∎ Basic English language communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ Proficiency in MS office and internet applications.
∎ Ability to work in high stress situations and emergency response.
