Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain inventory of supplies, logistics, and fixed assets.
∎ Receive, store, and issue supplies, logistics, furniture, and equipment.
∎ Compile records of supply transactions and verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
∎ Check materials and supplies and report when stock is low.
∎ Receive and unpack materials and supplies.
∎ Check items for any damages or discrepancies.
∎ Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.
∎ Issue Good Receipt Note (GRN) and asset receipt note (ARN) of receipt of items.
∎ Prepare spoilage reports.
∎ Take necessary actions once the stock level of items reaches its preset replenishment level
∎ Manage and maintain accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory-taking, and quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure safety, security, and inventory control within the store.
∎ Maintain FIFO & LIFO and safekeeping of assets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good accounting knowledge,
∎ Excellent in Ms-Excel, Word,
∎ ABC inventory method in-store operation,
∎ Inventory costing,
∎ Good understanding of warehouse best practices.
Salary: Negotiable
