Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

• Experience in client relationship management, lead generation, and sales support is preferred.

• Proven professional experience in digital marketing, online advertising, and lead generation is required.

• Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns, identify potential property buyers, collect qualified leads, and improve campaign performance and cost efficiency.

• Ability to develop data-driven digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
