Educational Requirements:
∎ A Post Graduation in any discipline or Supply Chain Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize & control the purchase activities of the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within competitive price margin;
∎ Process procurement requests and ensure procurement files, including proposals, evaluations, award documents, official contracts and correspondence on all procurements;
∎ Ensure all requirement of hospital and diagnostic centers of Labaid Group;
∎ keep liaison with local suppliers;
∎ Sourcing, supplier selection, rate finalization, negotiation through the company's procurement procedure;
∎ Correspondence with supplier, Collect Quotation, finalize the payment terms, delivery terms and delivery date independently;
∎ To finalize procurement plan within estimated time frame;
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs;
∎ Any other assignment is to be given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Skills Required :
∎ Local Procurement, Foreign Procurement,
∎ Experience of managing high volume of purchase requests for various goods and services, with ability to deal with short notices, planning, prioritizing, and delivering.
∎ Excellent knowledge and capacity of analysing information and use it as reference for future planning and in improving overall procurement performance.
∎ Fluent verbal and writing skills in English.
∎ Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
∎ Enthusiasm, motivation self-confidence, and a proactive approach in problem solving
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitation skills and can work as part of and manage a team
∎ Working Experience:
∎ At least Five (5) years of relevant work experience, including at least three (3) years of experience managing and supervising a team;
∎ Experience in Hospital/Diagnostic/Pharmaceutical/Real Estate company.
