∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ This position’s level depending on qualification, experience etc.·
∎ A goal-oriented professional having experience in Supply Chain / Planning/ Logistic / Operations / Warehousing as well as Project management.·
∎ Knowledge of SAP systems, and commercial software for forecasting and demand management.·
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & Word).·
∎ Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics·
∎ Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers – relationships and technical knowledge are a must.·
∎ Demonstrated leadership skills & managerial experience .
∎ Demonstrated analytical ability in all aspects of Supply Chain function.
∎ Male & Female are allowed to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·Plan, develop and execute supply chain strategy of the organization in order to maximize process efficiency and effectiveness.·
∎ Inventory Analysis and Planning including budgeting of purchase functions. Develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts.·
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on procurement operations and ensure executions of such SOP.·
∎ Source potential suppliers on regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.·
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.·
∎ Should have strong knowledge regarding international purchase.·
∎ Co-ordinate with all activities with all other sections of the Commercial department -Export section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section,·
∎ Exposure to LC opening, UPAS, vendor negotiation skill..·
∎ Formulate and develop strategies to ensure smooth operations of Warehouse by monitoring the demand of products, order distribution to the producers, receiving and delivery of products to the outlets.·
∎ Will collect quotation, prepare CS and raise PO, check PI, all terms of Incoterm, payment term, description of goods and will submit for LC opening in right time to bank.·
∎ Compares purchase request amounts with the budget, and/or Stock level Control amounts, to ensure that spending is within approved limits.·
∎ Plan and manage Supervise the operation, implement and execute standard warehouse & Logistics policies, procedures, and processes.·
∎ Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets and working to improve purchasing systems and processes;·
∎ Managing the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and performing stock adjustments and stock transfers in the systems.·
∎ Monitor and manage the procurement system of the organization and ensure transparent and timely procurement of production materials and other day-to-day requirements by identifying and selecting potential suppliers, soliciting, negotiating bids and awarding contracts.·
∎ Ensures that the company does business with only reputable, reliable, flexible suppliers by following the supplier vetting & approval process.·
∎ Complete knowledge of warehouse &distribution.·
∎ Conversant with space saving technique, advance logistic etc.
