Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations etc.
∎ Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training.
∎ Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for departments.
∎ Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
∎ Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
∎ Provides general secretarial and administrative support (handling correspondence, registration and filing, etc.).
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
