Proficiency in MS Office and online tender submission.
Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in Tender Management, Tender Submission, Procurement or a similar field.
Knowledge on PPR & PPA; Experience of NCT and ICT Tendering in Government/Private Segments and eGP/Online submissions.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Search, collect and evaluate government and private tender opportunities.
Source suitable manufacturers and suppliers according to tender requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers and collect quotations and required information.
Prepare tender documents, quotations, BOQ and other necessary documents.
Handle all activities related to manual and online/E-GP tender submission.
Verify all required documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements before submission.
Manage post-submission follow-up and other tender-related documentation.
