Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree/ Master degree major in any Business Administration discipline from any reputed universities.
∎ PGDSCM is preferable.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client Relationship Management, ERP, Finance, Inventory/ Store Management, Operations, Reporting, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be in charge of all the Warehouse of the Akij Resources Limited.
∎ Capable of reorganizing entire Warehouse management to a central warehousing them align all SBU's Warehouse Management.
∎ Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, industry-standard best practices, processes, and safety standards.
∎ Keen in Inventory Management with Calculation of ABC, VED, SED, HML, FSN analysis.
∎ Maintain Yard & Shaded storage facilities in an organized manner.
∎ Ensure all inventories are appropriately handled in ERP throughout the reconciliation process and month-end closing.
∎ Leads the organization's Performance Improvement plan and Operational Efficiency initiatives, ensuring a data-driven and results-oriented approach that supports the successful execution of company strategic objectives.
∎ Educate & help department supervisors and team members achieve key performance indicators, improve opportunities, adopt best practices, and successfully execute strategic initiatives.
∎ Ensure productivity, safety, and quality goals are achieved through a process of continuous process improvement.
∎ Ensure the company's physical assets (building, equipment, inventory, etc.) are appropriately controlled, maintained, protected, and utilized.
∎ Utilize process improvements to improve operational efficiencies continually.
∎ Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories.
∎ Establish continuous improvement through lean and simple kaizen initiatives in regular warehouse activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of 08-10 years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where 5-6 years' working experience in manufacturing and Supply Chain (inventory management, warehouse, etc.) environment.
∎ Strong ERP/WM/Master Data abilities strongly preferred. Experience with warehousing programs required.
∎ Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, solve problems and prioritize
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills
∎ Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, AS400, and ERP
∎ Proven leadership skills
∎ Experience in project management, lean, and continuous improvement environments strongly preferred
∎ Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision-making abilities
