∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Land Searching, Land visit, Land Selection.
∎ Land information collect from the Land Media, collect land document and check them through Legal Department.
∎ To deal with the land owner to acquire land, visit landowner place and prepare detail joint venture proposal.
∎ Market survey, market feasibility, cost preparation and report writing.
∎ Negotiate with land owner, agreement and power of attorney drafting.
∎ Coordinate with architect and land owner in regard to Design development, and coordinate with project operation and land owner in regard to construction planning.
∎ Maintain departmental coordination up to the project hand over; coordinate both with self and other departments.
∎ Analysis more profitable commercial/ residential product.
∎ Daily KPI update.

∎ Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ People management skill.
