∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to help ANEX to further grow as a viable, profitable, first growing and respected energy services company in this country. Ensure sales penetration and contribute in enhancing and broaden customer base.
∎ FUNCTION : Project Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual sales target as per Annual Budget Plan (ABP).
∎ Responsible to self-drive and develop Project (Power Distribution, Control & Automation, Substation, 33/11/.415kV, Busbar Turnkey System, Trunkey Project) business by maintaining and improving as well as developing new customers in the building, industrial & commercial project segment.
∎ Creating business opportunities through recognizing its prospects and evaluating their position in the industry band create effective sales scope by researching and analysing it.
∎ Selling products and recommending solutions to potential customers by establishing contact and developing relationships.
∎ Responsible for demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Organizing sales visit and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets through effective planning and communication.
∎ Sales Team in planning and monitoring sales and market development, achieve total sales target along with timely collection and ensuring profitability as per business plan and provide inputs and analysis.
∎ Attend to customer complaints and resolve those within agreed time to improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Implement internal processes in line with Quality Management System and other statutory requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in the relevant field (Please mention project reference in your CV) for both positions.
