Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preventive and predictive maintenance of lifts, air-conditioning systems, electrical substations, power generators, electrical and electronics equipment and connecting lines, Telephone & PABX systems, electro-mechanical devices, etc.
∎ Any other property-related maintenance and building construction project-related works to be assigned from time to time
∎ Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
∎ Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications. Oversee the selection, requisition, and quality of materials
∎ Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended projects.
∎ Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract, design documents
∎ Liaise with any consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce as well as relevant governmental authorities who are involved in the project.
∎ Liaise with the competent authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with construction documentation required as per regulations and laws
∎ Communicate with Management/Senior Officials of the company including attending regular meetings to report the progress of the works. Carry out day-to-day supervision and management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site works as per the implementation plan
∎ Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines, Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
∎ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and do such other works as may be assigned from time to time
∎ Supervise the work of the maintenance engineer and other staff members of HRHL.
∎ Any other work to be assigned by superiors and Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
∎ Good IT skills including AutoCAD, Excel, and internet communications
