Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/ MBA.
∎ Professional degree in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating & manage procurement process.
∎ Implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the organization acquires goods and services at the best value, considering cost, quality, and delivery.
∎ Vendor Management and oversee relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality goods and services.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations, and quality assurance to understand their procurement needs and align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Meet user department for clarification & specification of their required product.
∎ Ensuring that all procurement activities comply with legal and ethical standards and conduct regular audits to verify policy adherence.
∎ Evaluating suppliers.
∎ Ensuring transparency and fairness in all procurement transactions.
∎ Monitor product inventory levels and place orders accordingly.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contract, purchase order & supplier information.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement function, making data-driven improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 Years working experience on procurement department.
