∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, KAIZEN 5s, Lean Management, TPM, TPS, TQM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute timely operational plans and align the team to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Ensure maximum availability of machine production by achieving zero breakdowns.
∎ Plan for spare parts, lubricants, consumable items, and any special tools which are required to complete annual maintenance.
∎ Maintain all maintenance data and incurred costs digitally and deliver prepared reports to the supervisor.
∎ Plan, develop and implement departmental SOP & process flows
∎ Review, approve and execute the yearly preventive & scheduled maintenance plan prepared by the team.
∎ Oversee the variance of the departmental budget and implement an execution plan to reduce cost.
∎ Ensure a safe and healthy work environment inside the facility.
∎ Responsible for delivering any assigned project on time with minimum cost.
∎ Support the management to establish, implement, comply and continually improve the compliance and integrated management system (QMS, EMS & OHSMS) in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & SA 8000 respectively.
∎ Promote training and awareness of the obligation of compliance. IMS standards, policies & procedures.
∎ Support to monitor compliance objectives, targets & KPIs, cooperate to conduct audits, and review the effectiveness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 12 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry
∎ Should have Problem-solving, Decision-making skills, analytical skills, detail orientation, collaboration skills, Leadership skills, adaptability, self management & Self driven & tech-savvy.
