Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical from foreign or local reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Installation/ Erection, multinational company, Operation & Maintenance, Overseas Company, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of Planning, Design and Implementation of Electrical works and trouble-shooting.
∎ A good knowledge on High or, Medium Voltage design is mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge on electrical design and its application in projects including but not limited to SLD and BOQ preparation.
∎ Plan the new projects on electrical.
∎ Supervise and guide the team on electrical maintenance and project.
∎ Managing all aspects of the maintenance and project of plant equipment.
∎ Accountable for the management plans, managing the capital and expense budgets.
∎ Up Gradation equipments, administration, housekeeping, vender development, purchase etc.
∎ Impart the on the Job Training to the manpower for the sill up gradation.
∎ Reduce the electrical break down up to minimum level so that productivity increases.
∎ To complete the projects within stipulated time frame & economy.
∎ Calculation and costing of power generation Handling power plant having 9MW captive power
∎ Generation to its optimum level with zero breakdowns.
∎ Total responsibility of Electrical Maintenance/Project/Utility
∎ Project. Erection & commissioning of M/c’.
∎ Project Planning.
∎ Making plan for the process, manpower and material arrangement.
∎ Material Procurement & Maintain the housekeeping.
∎ Preventive and Predicative maintenance with modification
∎ Cost analysis and power saving.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the in-depth technical knowhow.
∎ Should have requisite Leadership/people management skills.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
∎ experience in relevant field preferably in rolling plant.
∎ Must carry out Maintenance (schedule & trouble-shooting) of substations and other Electrical & Utility Equipment.
∎ English proficiency is must.
