Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage to oversee the work of subordinate Engineers and departmental staff.
∎ Prepare plans, specifications and costing of utilities
∎ Overall responsible for project implementation and decision making (management, control of budget, technical, quality, schedule, procurement, resources and safety);
∎ To prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
∎ To effectively communicate with all the stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors, engineers/architects, consultants);
