Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Good University degree relevant to Job Responsibilities, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy and Finance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will support the following functions:
∎ Formulate understanding of Bangladesh logistics and supply chain value chain and drivers, key challenges and opportunities.
∎ Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in the logistics (freight forwarding/ contract logistics) and develop the strategy for Port+ Solutions in Bangladesh.
∎ Research and assess possible BD opportunities.
∎ Analyse competitors and market trends, and maintain a database of BD opportunities, market statistics, partners, and competitors.
∎ Carry out preliminary ground research and reality checks on selected BD opportunities.
∎ Carry out due diligence with consultants & internal experts.
∎ Create financial models or perform financial analysis to support BD work.
∎ Prepare business proposals, presentation, and regular BD updates to management.
∎ Prepare bid/ offer documents.
∎ Prepare transaction documents and agreements with consultants.
∎ Carry out other work as necessary to successfully execute BD plans.
∎ Support Port+ solutions initiatives and regional projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Possess good university degree, preferably in Business, Accountancy and Finance, or Logistics/ Supply Chain
∎ Have at least 12 years of experience in finance/ accounting, investment projects, preferably with experience in the logistics industry in Bangladesh.
∎ Good with numbers and in dealing with complex modelling and analysis
∎ Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
∎ Competent in written and oral communication and presentation skills
∎ Team player with proactive and result-oriented personality
∎ Motivated self-starter who enjoys challenges
∎ Work well under pressure with tight timeline, multiple and complex projects
∎ Good business acumen and international business mind set
∎ Enjoy meeting people and follow up with them to develop deals
∎ Be willing to travel.

Salary: Negotiable
