Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/ B.Sc in ME / B.Sc in IPE from any reputed university (Public university candidate will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, instruct and optimum day to day operation to exceed customers’ expectations.
∎ Increase production ensuring maximum utilization of resources and minimizing unnecessary cost.
∎ Supervise the entire production process & prepare the proper documentation as per ISO 9001:2015.
∎ Maintaining the quality of product as per customer and standards requirements.
∎ Achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline.
∎ Working for enhancing the machine performance like Drawing, Stranding, Bunching, Extruder, Laying, Armoring, Braiding etc.
∎ Performed root cause analysis & implemented corrective actions.
∎ Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Training the new recruited employees
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth operation.
∎ Increase factory efficiency and productivity.
∎ Ensuring that the company policies and procedures are followed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years’ of experience in a reputed cable manufacturing industry.
∎ Should have experience in cable industry.
∎ The applicant should have experience in production management & Production planning.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Domestic, LT & HT cables, Telecommunication cables, Overhead conductor etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on IEC, BS & VDE cable standard.
∎ Good communication skill both oral and written in English.
∎ Applicant should have sound knowledge in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
∎ Able to work under stress and multitasking capable.
∎ The candidate should be honest, smart, hardworking mentality and leadership capabilities.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work to meet deadlines.
∎ Candidate have knowledge on 7S Framework, Six Sigma, kaizen will added preference.
∎ Should have knowledge on computer, e-mail, internet & MS office.
Salary:
∎ Attractive salary will be offered for eligible candidate.
