∎ B.Sc Engineering in EEE / ME from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and review on design, engineering, operation, maintenance, and construction projects for large combined cycle power plant.
∎ Coordinate with consultants, contractor and supervising team of project.
∎ Maintain and supervise the day to day task of the project site and hand on experience to manage full project construction and erection.
∎ Supervise and coordinate fabrication, operation, installation of equipment and processes.
∎ To maintain liaison with owners engineer, contractors and other officials regarding project status.
∎ To assist development and implementation SOP in the functional area.
∎ To understand and expertise to deal all project agreement/contract for combined cycle power plant.
∎ Prepare of Project Profile (PP) and Project Concept Paper (PCP) for new projects.
∎ To handle design and monitoring of the total system of the plant.
∎ Verified and accepted commissioning checklist, warranty issues, punches list items for plant.
∎ Directs the activities of Plant Engineering including plant performance studies, maintenance support, root cause analysis, equipment assessment, technical specifications, and outage management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 - 15 years' experience on O & M and 5 years in project work of any combined cycle power plant.
∎ H Class implementation, LTSA & OEM contract negotiation experience is preferrable.
∎ Excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the team.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion & gender.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
