∎ Site Management: Daily Supervision, Coordination, Inspection and Problem solving.
∎ Team Coordination: Subcontractor Management, Labor Management, Training.
∎ Quality Control: Standards Compliance, Deficiency Management.
∎ Safety Management: Safety Policies, Risk Management.
∎ Documentation & Reporting: Daily Logs, Progress Reports.
∎ Resource Management: Material Management, Equipment Management.
∎ Budget & Schedule: Budget Adherence, Schedule Management.
∎ Compliance: Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Compliance.
∎ The Above personnel oversees on-site operations, ensuring that construction activities are completed safely and on time.
∎ Within budget, and ti quality standard. They coordinate between various teams including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, and to serve as a primary point of contact for the site.
