Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from IAB accredited leading public and private universities. However, Masters in Landscape Architecture is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create innovative design solutions including conceptualization, preparation of plans/ graphics/ documentation/ write-ups, specifications and all other project related materials;
∎ Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works;
∎ Monitor Landscape related deliverables to ensure all documents meet the highest international standards;
∎ Monitor project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule;
∎ Assist to deliver drawings and graphic rendered outputs for 2D and 3D. Must have ability to do 3D modeling in a range of software; hands-on drafting at reasonable wpeed, 3D modelling and rendering skills with ability to deliver at a professional level;
∎ Develop sketches and concepts and ability to work on presentations;
∎ Attend project/ technical/ consultant meetings where required;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of professional experience of which 8 years in landscape architecture;
∎ Should have knowledge of industry specific practices;
∎ Should have knowledge of Planting and Species in various climatic zones and local conditions for India specifically and additionally other countries;
∎ Should have knowledge of and be able to detail landscape hardscape details including water features and water bodies;
∎ Good communication skills with capability to liaise with consultant, contractors and work with a multi-disciplinary team.
