Job Context:
∎ CHRF is going to invite application for the position "Senior Laboratory Technologist" to work with core research and diagnostic team.
∎ Employment term: Fixed term/Regular
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing of clinical specimens from a range of sources and/or identification of microorganisms using conventional and/or molecular techniques.
∎ Processing of routine laboratory specimens by following good laboratory practice.
∎ Report processing and interpretation by getting support from senior colleagues also document all lab findings on laboratory book.
∎ Follow laboratory and administrative protocol and ccommunicate with other laboratory and/or Hospital people.
∎ Take care of laboratory equipment and laboratory logistics.
∎ Maintain Machine QC chart.
∎ Maintain logbook for all laboratory logistics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in a hospital/scientific laboratory. Working experience on DNA/RNA extraction and capacity of doing conventional/qPCR will be prioritized.
∎ Must be highly organized and be particularly attentive to details.
∎ Must be meticulous in record keeping with every detail.
∎ Must be enthusiastic to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and be willing to take initiative
∎ Good communication skills
Salary:
∎ BDT 32,000 - 35,000 (depending on the experience and/or qualifications of the candidate)

∎ Contributory provident fund and festival allowance (Eid/Puja/Christmas & Baishakhi)
