Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in interior design, Diploma in Architecture in interior design
∎ Skills Required: 3dStudioMax,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Autocad,Designing,Interior Design,Materials & Metallurgical

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, Architecture, Auto Cad, Auto CAD Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position requires creativity, visualization and the ability to conceptualize design
∎ elements. The right candidate should be detailed oriented, organized and have a
∎ strong sense of time management in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in
∎ AutoCAD
∎ Architecture, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop required.
∎ Good eye for color and textures.
∎ Stays on top of industry trends.
∎ Works well as part of a collaborative team.
∎ Work within timely schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Make selections based around brand and owner preferences, and design solutions
∎ that best fit the project and region including furniture, materials, décor, and finishes.
∎ Work within a budget.
∎ Prepare and participate in client presentations.
∎ Construct interior design drawing sets including plans and elevations.
∎ Space planning.
∎ Conduct takeoffs.
∎ Assemble specification books for each project to send to owners and general
∎ contractors.
∎ Assists in maintaining the sample library.
∎ Gather quotes through communication with vendors.
∎ Assist in day to day office tasks Job Requirements.
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation, understanding Client needs and Develop
∎ Design Concept for the Company and Clients.
∎ Prepare Interior/Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, detailed working
∎ drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Able to make quotation, models, complete construction documents, assist building
∎ plan and material presentation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: ,Architecture, 3dvisulization, MICROSOFT OFFICE,
∎ Software skill in Sketch up will be taken as a extra point.

Salary: Negotiable
