∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the factory activities and operations in all its phases starting from material and production planning till the stage of painting, storing and delivery of the final product.
∎ lead and direct employees, delegates production tasks, such as production planning, production documentation base on QMS Standard, production guidelines in every work activity, attending internal coordination meeting with other support department, stakeholder and insuring all tasks are done accordingly.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
∎ Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
∎ Ensuring that quality standards are understood and meet acceptable limits in the production and distribution process.
∎ Prepare an annual production plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring.
∎ Implement a Production Performance Tracking System which includes the key performance indicators covering manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, manpower levels and finance.
∎ Knowledge about various welding process such as SMAW, GMAW, SAW.
∎ Monitoring on completed welding for the occurrence of penetrability, cracks, undercuts and spatters prior for non-destructive testing.
∎ Responsible for plant production, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.

∎ Train and direct staff in order to manage plant operations in the safest and most efficient manner.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
∎ Able to interpret project specifications, engineering drawings prior to fabrication & erection.
∎ Check the factory machinery performance and study the new up-to-date machines, if required, for developing the production progress, quality and other cost.
∎ Identifies, assesses, prioritizes & resolves production quality and employee related problems.
∎ Able to communicate properly with Engineers, factory staffs and related others within the organization.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
∎ Any other job as per management requirement.
