∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Relevent Field Experience

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently able to manage Inventory/Warehouse.
∎ Inventory Software as per Material Receiving Requisition (MRR) & Overall
∎ Responsive of the Inventory Operations.
∎ Receive Materials as per Challan, Purchase Order (PO)/ Work Order (WO) and other relevant documents.
∎ Check quality and quantity of the received materials.
∎ Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out to the correct point of storage area.
∎ Prepare stock statements/report on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and submit it to the relevant Authority.
∎ Coordinate with the purchase department, accounts department for purchasing of material and bill clearance.
∎ Support Production and distribution team for on time delivery of the materials as per invoice maintaining accountability.
∎ Ensuring Security of warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean, organized.
∎ Ensure proper & on time documentation of materials for its receives and issues.
∎ Ensure storage of material with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage.
∎ Ensure proper preservation of materials in case of bulk storage for longer period.
∎ Ensure delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production.
∎ Take accountability of manpower placed under him daily.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
∎ Any Other work as assigned by management.
