∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Will assist the Business Head in business development and be directly responsible for revenue generation from specified geographical areas.
∎ Project cargo handling Experience is highly appreciated.
∎ Require experience in Air & Sea Customer Service and Operation sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage an assigned geographical sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues & coverage to meet corporate objectives
∎ Develop prospective clients, make cold calls and service and grow existing clients
∎ Respond to inquiries by clients
∎ Agency development
∎ Prepare quotations through Sales support and send to clients
∎ Follow -up on quotations and close business, if lost revert with reasons
∎ On receiving confirmed business hand over to customer service
∎ Coordinate through Customer service with operations for container placing / container releases etc
∎ Monitor timely Delivery of invoices to clients if any disputes, update credit control
∎ Collect dues and outstanding amounts from clients in allotted credit limit
∎ Meet volume targets
∎ Timely submission of reports set by the management as per the deadline
∎ Provide MIS information on Market & Competitor activity to Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in project cargo handling is highly appreciated.
∎ 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience in selling / marketing of air / sea, export / import customer service.
∎ Excellent spoken & written communication skills.
