Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years experience or
∎ Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3-4 years' experience in the same position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure moulds preventive maintenance
∎ Responsible for running moulds problems troubleshooting
∎ Conduct existing moulds modification, idea generation and execution
∎ Ensure on time moulds delivery during running maintenance
∎ Guide & supervise mould maintenance team with technical evaluation
∎ Monitors moulds loading & unloading for down time reduction
∎ Inspect toolroom and toolroom equipment to ensure that equipment is in good working condition and free of hazards

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge & skill on moulds
∎ Ability to understand the relation of plastic raw material and moulds
∎ Strong knowledge on root cause analysis for plastic product quality problems
∎ Strong knowledge on Injection Moulding Machine operation
